X+raCard Medical Benefits Network allows members to receive discounts on basic medical services at any participating Find Urgent Care facility with additional discounts on any ancillary services such as x-rays, in-house lab work and prescriptions. The X+raCare Medical Benefits Network offers a savings of 10% to 60% on a variety of other health care services. It is not insurance; it is a discount card useable for medical, doctors and specialists, dental, vision services, vitamins and diabetic supplies.
For private pay patients, the X+raCare Medical Benefits Network is a great way to save on a variety of medical expenses.
For insured patients, the X+raCare Medical Benefits Network can reduce out-of-pocket expenses from rising deductibles and gaps in coverage.
The X+raCare Medical Benefits Network cost only $18 per month and includes your entire family. You will be required to show your X+raCare Card and a valid photo identification at the time of medical services.
