We accept cash, personal check (with a valid drivers license), and credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard).

Please note that payment of your co-pay, deductible, or visit amount will be collected at the time of service.

Our offices typically close at 4 pm on Memorial day, July 4^th,
Labor day, Christmas Eve and on New Years Eve.

Our offices are closed on New Years Day, Easter Sunday,
Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
